We have a genuine heart for people, and we strive to make a positive difference in our students' lives. We love that everyone is created differently and aim to inspire and educate by fulfilling the needs of each individual - our undivided attention is given to each of our students to cater to their uniquely different characteristics so they can stay focused, motivated and get the best out of their drumming. SLDS is proud to be able to deliver this calibre of education and experience.
Passion
When people do what they love, they develop the strength and confidence to withstand challenges while on their journey to success. SL Drum School is where learning becomes playing. We believe passion is the fundamental element to every student’s success, and it is our responsibility as educators to fuel our students' curiosity and passion by nurturing, guiding, and motivating them to reach their potential. SLDS helps to spark passion in our students.

At SLDS, we are not afraid to make mistakes! Mistakes open up opportunities for growth, and we encourage our students to embrace mistakes as we help them to navigate their path. We are always developing and refining our own curriculum and resources, so we can provide the best interactive learning environment while maximising interest and enjoyment.

Our mission is to create a culture that bears positive fruit. We live in a time with much distraction and negativity, which can have subtle but harmful effects on our wellbeing.
KDS endeavours to be an empowering force in the community through discipline, positive reinforcement, and the joy of creating one’s own drum beat to march to – quite literally!
Community
Encourage church community – KDS serves and fosters growth for both believers and non-believers. One of our primary missions is to strengthen and equip them into capable drummers so they can serve in worship ministry for the benefit of local churches.
