FAQ
We want to be clear about things.
If you have more questions contact us.
Did you miss your lesson or have something coming up? To reschedule your lesson, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, your teacher will be present and ready for your scheduled session.
We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances, like sudden illness, may arise on the day of your lesson. In such cases, we offer makeup lessons as a demonstration of the trust and understanding between us, so please be considerate of these situations.
<Cancellation Policy>
Even if you provide a 48-hour notice before your scheduled session, our lessons are not ‘cancelled’, and you are required to attend a make-up lesson the following week or later during the term break. For other late notices resulting in absence, charges will apply, and make-up lessons will not be provided, as we need to compensate the tutor.
The only time when lesson cancellation can be arranged is during the term break. So let us know in advance if you are going to be away during the next school term break.
Please note that there are exceptional cases, such as public holidays, which result in automatic cancellations with no need for a makeup lesson.
YES! We do OPEN during school holidays unlike some music schools close during the break.
