SL Drum School Policy

1. Our weekly session slots are reserved for enrolled students.

2. Lessons are scheduled to take place on a weekly basis, and it is expected that students attend all scheduled lessons. 

3. Fees are charged on a 4-weeks/4-lesson basis (or an 8-lesson basis upon request) and must be paid in advance of the first subsequent lesson. An invoice will be sent upon completion of the last lesson.

4. If a student is unable to attend a lesson, we require 48 hours’ advance notice to be eligible for a makeup lesson. Absences due to sickness or other unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be treated as special occasions.

5. Please note that lesson cancellations are not subject to refund or credit, as we are reserving the time and space for the enrolled student and have limited availability for other students. Holiday seasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Slots are reserved for enrolled students, and if a student is away for more than three weeks and no advance payment has been made, their slot will be released. Please contact us to reserve the slot while away. 

7. In the event that your regular teacher is unable to attend a lesson, SL Drum School will either provide a substitute teacher or reschedule the lesson.

8. SL Drum School is closed on all public holidays.
